A grommet mount is NOT included with LX arms 45-491-216, 45-492-216 and 45-537-216. This kit must be ordered if grommet mounting is planned

A grommet mount is included with LX arms 45-245-026, 45-248-026 and 45-295-026. This kit can serve as a replacement
