Includes grommet plate, bolt, wing nut, T wrench, cable ties

Compatible with LX Dual Direct Arm and LX Desk Mount Arm (short pole): 45-241-026, 45-241-224, 45-489-026, 45-489-216, 45-489-231, 45-489-224 and 45-490-216

A grommet mount is NOT included with the following LX arms: 45-489-026, 45-489-216, 45-489-231 and 45-490-216. This kit must be ordered if grommet mounting is planned for these part numbers

A grommet mount is included with LX Arms 45-241-026 and 45-241-224. This kit can serve as a replacement

This kit is NOT compatible with the LX Arm with Low-Profile Clamp: 45-626-224, 45-626-216, 45-627-224 and 45-627-216

Attaches through surface holes .31″ to 2″ (8 to 50 mm) wide and up to 2.25″ (57 mm) thick
