1. How to sign up
- You can sign up by clicking the LOGIN/ REGISTER menu on the upper right section of the home page and choosing Create an Account.
- Fill in your email address to receive username & password.
- You’ll receive username & password through your email to Sign In.
2. How to change password
- Go to “My Account” page after you Sign In and choose Edit Account option.
- Go to Password Change section to change your password. After filling out your new password click “Save Changes”.
3. How to reset password
- If you forget your password, click “Lost your password?” option.
- Enter your username or email address to receive a link for a new password.
- Then, you’ll receive an email to reset your password. Click the link attached to the email.
- Then you’ll be directed to a page where you can create a new password. After all is finished, click SAVE.
1. How to buy if you have an Account
- Go to ergonomic.co.id and click Log In or Sign Up
- Find the products you like on our Products.
- Click Add to Cart button if the products are in stock.
- If the products are out of stock, the Pre-Order Now button will appear instead of the Add to Cart button.
- Or if you wish to ask for a special price for bulk orders, click the Request Quotation button.
2. Add to Cart or Pre-Order Now
Fill out your billing details and ensure your order is correct before placing the order.
3. Request a Quote
Fill out your data and click Send Your Request. We will respond to your request as soon as possible during standard working hours.
4. How to buy if you don’t have an Account
- Go to the product you’d like to purchase
- Click Pre-Order Now or Add to Cart
- Ensure that you’ve made the right order and click Checkout
- Fill in your billing details and click Place Pre-Order Now
- Choose your preferred method of payment
- After we receive the payment, you will receive Order Confirmation in your e-mail. It will be displayed on the web page as well.
- If you purchase without an account, your account will automatically be created by our system after you have created an Order and paid for the product.
5. How to pay
We provide several payment methods for your convenience; Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or Virtual Account.
6. How to get e-quotation

You can search our products by clicking “Products” menu at the top of our home page and selecting specific product categories. You may narrow down your search by clicking certain categories or options on the left side bar.
Or if you already have a specific Ergotron products that you want to purchase, you can click the search button and input the serial number of the products.
2. How long is the Pre-Order time
All pre-orders products have their own estimated wait times listed in the description. Usually, it takes 90-180 days; however, you should check the description if you want to be sure. Or, you can also contact our Customer Support via Hotline 1500 913 or email info@murni.co.id.
1. When will I receive my order
If the purchased products are in stock, you orders will be shipped at the latest in 3-7 business days from the date of order.
If the purchased products are out of stock or pre-order, your orders would be shipped according to date of availability from Ergotron. The delivery time may vary according to your destination.
2. How to get my tracking number
Your tracking number will be provided in the shipping confirmation email after the products are shipped from our warehouse. Or you also simply can see it in My Order section.
3. What expeditions can I use to deliver the products
We offer various choices of expeditions to deliver the products, such as JNE, JNT, SiCepat, POS Indonesia, Lion, and TIKI. For Jabodetabek area, delivery could be done by our in-house courier. For farther areas, shipment will be delivered accordingly through air or sea shipment using the selected expedition.
4. Where are the products shipped from
All of the orders will be shipped from our Head Quarter Office in Jakarta.
1. How do I return products
If you have purchased a product on ergonomic.co.id and receive a defective one, contact or email our customer support within 2 days after the date of receipt. You’ll need to provide further details such as order ID and proof of its defects.
If the purchased product is proven to be defective, you can return the defective product to our address within 7 days from the date of return confirmation or ask us to pick up the product with an additional pick-up fee. Afterward, we will notify you as soon as possible of the product replacement.
2. What if the product replacement is not available in stock
If the product replacement is not available, our customer support will reach out to you and inform the estimated date of availability. Or if you choose to refund, we will transfer it to your original method of payment at the latest in 8-15 working days.
1. How to check warranty
You can check each product’s warranty on its own product page in the last column of the specifications table.
2. How to claim warranty
To make a warranty claim on a product, you may return the defective product to us and we will escalate the claim to Ergotron as we use a back-to-base warranty system.
Warranty claim is valid only within the Warranty Period and if you provide proof of purchase (showing date of purchase), product name, type, and serial number.
Furthermore, the warranty claim is valid only when these products are installed properly and the products have never been modified by anyone other than authorized staff from PT Murni and Ergotron.

2. Is there any offline store
Currently, we only have an online store available to sell Ergotron products. For customers who want to see the Ergotron products while in use, they can visit our Multisector Simulation Room at PT Murni’s Head Quarter.
