Menurut WHO, kebiasaan duduk lama dapat meningkatkan risiko penyakit kronis, dan postur tubuh yang buruk bisa memperparah kondisi tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pernahkah Anda menghitung berapa jam Anda duduk dalam sehari\u2014untuk bekerja, belajar, atau sekadar bermain ponsel? Terlihat sepele, tetapi membungkuk atau menundukkan kepala bisa <a href=\"https:\/\/ergonomic.co.id\/id\/bahaya-tersembunyi-duduk-terlalu-lama-fakta-penting-untuk-kesehatan-anda\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">merusak tubuh Anda secara perlahan<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orang dewasa yang duduk atau kurang bergerak selama 7-9 jam per hari berisiko lebih tinggi terkena penyakit kronis dibandingkan mereka yang lebih aktif. Gambar: <\/span><\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/ergonomic.co.id\/shop\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Ergotron<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-risiko-ganda-bagi-tubuh\"><b>Risiko Ganda bagi Tubuh<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Duduk lebih dari tujuh jam sehari dapat meningkatkan risiko masalah kesehatan serius hingga dua kali lipat.\r\n\r\nPostur tubuh buruk seperti membungkuk atau bersandar terlalu lama memberi tekanan lebih pada tulang belakang, leher, hingga bahu\u2014mengakibatkan kelelahan otot, nyeri kronis, bahkan cedera jangka panjang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dampak-dari-ergonomi-yang-buruk\"><b>Dampak dari Ergonomi yang Buruk<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengaturan stasiun kerja yang tidak ergonomis dan postur tubuh yang salah berulang kali meningkatkan risiko gangguan muskuloskeletal (MSD) seperti nyeri punggung dan kaku bahu.\r\n\r\nStudi menunjukkan bahwa duduk dengan postur buruk dalam waktu yang lama dapat meningkatkan risiko MSD hingga delapan kali lipat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cara-mengurangi-risiko\"><b>Cara Mengurangi Risiko<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Meski rutin berolahraga, kebiasaan duduk terlalu lama dengan postur yang buruk tetap memiliki risiko kesehatan tersendiri. WHO menegaskan bahwa tubuh manusia tidak dirancang untuk diam terlalu lama.
